I took it for a few days and got terrible migraines. Once I stopped taking it, the headaches went away. Do not recommend product.
On day 3 and I find myself not experiencing food noise thus only eating when hungary. I am happy with the start so far hoping to see results in a few weeks!!
The advertisment for these pills said that there was no need for diet or exercise. I haven't lost any weight yet. I will continue to take the pills until they are gone, but I am not optimistic about losing weight.
I’m not sure if I am going to to be able to take this. I’ve been tak it as suggested, 2 before breakfast and 2 before dinner. I’ve been feeling a bit queasy. I’m thinking about maybe taking 1/2 the suggested dosage to see if that makes it easier to stomach. I have not lost any weight yet.
It is too soon to tell, however I have started feeling more energetic! Thank you for the follow up, I haven’t been approached by other companies before :)
